Class 4 for avchd, class 6 for.jpg video according to the manual, but, i have a class 10 SDHC card that is outclassed by a class 6 card when writing from the buffer to the card, go figure. I'd like to understand where the diminishing returns set in, and what would be the most optimized card from a speed perspective. It seems like for video only class 4 or class 6 would be required. The manual mentions Raw burst mode only gets around 4 to 7 pictures. Does going up to a class 10 or one of the super duper ultra extreme (insert fast sounding adjective) Sandisk cards improve this?
How to hack the Panasonic GH2 (w / Hack Pack). Naive question – I have a MacBook Pro with a SD card slot. I would like to hack my GH2. Panasonic GH2 with UHS-I and SDXC. GH2 with a UHS-I card), and UHS-I is faster than SDHC. Performing similar to a SDHC class 6. Also linked from the GH2 hack.
I have that class 10 transcend card @ 8gb and my class 6 transcend trounces it in read/write speeds, don't know why as i was expecting the class 10 card to kill it.
